Hunter is a Las Vegas native with a passion for movement. Growing up, Hunter was heavily involved in dance and gymnastics. Around the age of 12, she tried yoga for the first time and hated it! The more she practiced, it grew on her, but dance and gymnastics were still her first her first love. Fast forward to the summer of 2016, she took her first bodyflow class at LVAC, and she felt something she never felt before. Hunter obtained a certifiction in Les Mills Bodyflow. A 200-hour training was set for a future goal, but the universe had different plans. After not getting hired at her dream gym to teach at, Hunter knew it was time to take the leap of faith and get her 200-hour training. She graduated from Zeek Vincent's Z-Flow Program in November 2017 while receiving an Associate's Degree in Business in December 2017. In 2019, Hunter completed many other programs including two hands-on assists (regular and advanced), Yin, Hot Barre, and Arial Yoga while finishing her last semesters of college. Hunter graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from UNLV in May 2019. Hunter also completed a secondary 200-hour training from Allowah Loni's school, Truly Helpful, in August 2019 and can't wait to see where the future will take her next. "The light within you will guide the way. Let your light shine on so you can spread your love out into the universe."
Kristen grew up in Central Oregon along with the last five generations, dating all the way back to the Oregon Trail. The Cascade Mountain Range is a beautiful place to wake up to. Post card perfect, she likes to say. Kristen's interest in massage therapy and many other healing modalities started as a young girl. She always knew she wanted to be in the healing world somehow, some way. Massage school was the easy first step. She started that in Eugene, Oregon and thus began her journey. What fills Kristen's heart and mind is the unending mystery of the human existence and the way our body, mind, and spirit work together. The other part of that is how far the history of that awareness extends. Massage therapy and energy work have evidence of existing as far back as 15,000 BC. The modalities that Kristen works with the most are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Aroma Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Pain Management, Injury-Specific, and of which she utilizes Energy Therapy. On her down time, Kristen is the proud mom of two beautiful boys who are the light of her life. She enjoys reading, camping, hiking, lake swimming, and educating herself in one way or another while always growing.

I moved to Las Vegas in 2012 after graduating from college, not really knowing why, just needing a change in life. Putting so much pressure on myself to become “successful,” without fully understanding what that word meant, and searching for a certain happiness in life, I found yoga. The most successful I’ve ever felt is on my mat, learning to love myself and be present in the moment. Happiness comes from within, not from any accomplishment, material thing, or validation from others. I graduated from ZFlow Power Yoga in 2017 and am a Yoga Alliance 200 Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). I want to share this passion with others and help them find their self love and internal peace.
Yasmeen was born in Reno, Nevada, but grew up in Las Vegas. She went to the Las Vegas Academy High School for Performing Arts where she majored in dance and fell in love with learning about the body. Being a dancer for most of her life, she trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and modern styles of dance. Yasmeen has experience in pilates, yoga, and different body conditioning techniques. After graduating high school, she decided to use her knowledge of the body elsewhere, leading to the study of massage therapy. She acquired her massage therapy license, which led her on the path to work in a physical therapy office for six years. Working in a physical therapy office provided her with knowledge in pain management, recovery, and different massage techniques as well as patient education in exercise. Furthermore, Yasmeen has recently acquired her Chiropractors Assistant license as we as completed her certification in reiki. She is currently working on obtaining a certification in herbalism. Yasmeen believes that being healthy and effectively creating a permanent positive change starts from within. Being healthy internally, spiritually, energetically, and mentally is just as important as being healthy on the exterior.
